This is the place to see the largest nesting colony of Leatherback sea turtles on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Visit between November and April and take a guided tour to watch this amazing and endangered sea turtles lay their eggs.

Las Baulas Park includes the beaches of Playa Grande, Carbon, Ventanas and Langosta. Surfing on Playa Grande is excellent and a must-do for the serious surfer.
